The information collected will be included in the report prepared by the selection committee, as provided for in clause 4.1.14 of the 2023–2027 Collective Agreement of the Université Laval Faculty Union (SPUL).

Applicants may request that their application, if not recommended by the selection committee, not be forwarded to the unit assembly. Members of the selection committee and the unit assembly must maintain the confidentiality of all information related to applications.
